Who we are
Crossroads of a Broken Heart is run by Chris and Tristan in Australia. To contact us, use the Talk with us form.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email, time zone, what you write, the page you came from, and your country (from the network). We use this to reply, to arrange a conversation, and, only if you ticked the box, to send the fortnightly letter.
Who sees it
Chris and Tristan are the only people who read it. We don't sell or share it. It is stored with Cloudflare, and their servers may be outside Australia.
Your choices
Every letter has an unsubscribe link. We honour that within 5 working days. Ask us to see, fix or delete your details via the form and we'll do it within 30 days.
Health information
Please don't send medical details. We don't need them. We are not a health service and we don't give therapy or crisis care. If you're in danger, call 000 or Lifeline 13 11 14.
